This morning on my way home from the gym I spotted this vanity plate. Pretty sure it means "for you to be envious." It was affixed to a white, base-model Camry. Nope, I'm not envious.

Maybe it's just greeting immigrant couples. "For you two: Bienvenidos!"
Or... not.

I saw a vanity plate just the other day that read "YSETTLE". It was affixed to an Audi A4.

I used to love half-decipherable vanity plates. A friend had one on his hand-me-down Saturn, Illinois plate, said "LUVEMENU," which he said was a nice gesture from his dad to his mom that meant "Love: Me 'n' You." We tore that thing apart:
Love Menu!
Love: ME IN YOU!
and the finale that made him hate us all:
Love men! You?

There's a Lexus sedan that passes my bus-stop almost every day with a plate that says "GodsLex". It's driven by this Colombian-version-of-Karen-Walker that is always talking to someone on the phone and gesticulating wildly.
I really wish I wasn't making this up.

I used to see an X3 all the time around town with plates that said "VGNA". I guess it was supposed to be "Virginia", but my 10/11 year old brain thought otherwise...

There's a Jeep running around near the Dells with the plate RND UP. "Round up? That's not very interesting," I can hear you say. It gets better.
He owns an apartment building. He's gotten in some fights with the Dept. of Natural Resources. In the front window of the building he has a neon sign that reads: PU DNR. Not the most scathing insult, but whatever.
